Engage with the team! Everyone is very friendly, approachable and happy to share what they are working on.
I usually start each day with a catch-up call with the project team to review work from the previous day and discuss the outlook for the current day.
I then divide my time between individual client work, and supporting across internal workstreams. For example, I recently produced a blog on the Vodafone-Three merger!
I think for me it would be Integrity. At Deecon we prioritise transparency, to ensure that our clients feel they are part of a trustworthy and honest relationship.
